Terms of Service

1. The Service

AuthoriseMail provides email verification and intelligence, including syntax, DNS/MX, SMTP probing, scoring, bulk processing, exports, and a developer API. Results are good-faith technical estimates, not guarantees of deliverability.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential.
• One person or legal entity per account; you are responsible for all activity under it.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Credits, plans, and billing

• One credit is consumed per unique email verification.
• Subscription credits are allocated each billing cycle and do not roll over.
• Pay-as-you-go and Lifetime packs are one-time purchases of a fixed number of credits with no expiry.
• Prices are published on the Pricing page and may change prospectively with notice.
• Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, including verifying only lists you have a lawful right to process and not using the Service for spam, harassment, or unlawful surveillance.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, engine, scoring models, and branding are the property of AuthoriseMail. You retain all rights to the data you upload and the results generated for you.

6. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our aggregate liability to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend for breach, with notice where practicable. On termination, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy retention rules.
